Founding member offer terms

Last updated: 26 July 2026. These are introductory waitlist offers for Loadroo’s planned Melbourne pilot. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a pilot place, quote or booking.

Customer launch credit

Eligible founding customers may receive one AUD $50 Loadroo account credit after their first eligible delivery is completed during the Melbourne pilot. One credit per person or business. The credit is not cash, is not transferable and cannot reduce a booking below $0.

Carrier commission offer

Eligible founding carriers may pay 0% Loadroo marketplace commission on their first three eligible completed pilot jobs. Payment-provider, cancellation, tax, insurance and other third-party costs are not included in this waiver.

Eligibility and limits

Offers are limited, subject to verification, Melbourne pilot coverage, supported freight and final commercial launch terms. Fraudulent, duplicated, cancelled, disputed or incomplete bookings do not qualify. Loadroo may amend, pause or withdraw an offer before it is applied, and will communicate material changes to affected participants.
